I purchased this low mileage (75k) Porsche from the 2nd owner. The color is a bronzit metallic (paint code LY7Y) with linen (Interior code LY7Y) leather interior and optional fuchs wheels - option codes are C02, 158, 431, 454, 533, 650 and 946. I have owned 5 Porsche 944 Turbo's in the past. The color combination on this car is beautiful! I do have many receipts and detailed maintenance records from the second owner and myself. The condition of the vehicle is an 8 out of 10, which is excellent for a 22 year old vintage Porsche. The exterior has no noticable flaws (i.e. dings, scratches, etc.). The paint is shiny and clear as you can see in the pictures. The interior is extremely clean and free of flaws. The dash is perfect and the seats are very nice with no tears or major scrapes. The linen carpet is also in excellent condition as are the rear seats and rear compartment carpet. Included are high quality "Turbo" floor mats. A front-end nose (bra) cover is also included in the sale. Mechanically the car is exceptional. I have many receipts showing all the work that has been completed. All options on the vehicle work as they should with the exception of the original cassett player. The radio works, however when you insert a cassette it ejects back out (this started recently - I suspect a cleaning may help). The A/C is ice cold, the sunroof works great, cruise control works flawlessly, the power windows work great (passenger side button works in reverse). The only 2 items that I was told by the mechanic that need to be replaced are the rear shocks and driver's side motor mount, which at the buy-it-now price I will include with the sale. The only performance modification are KN air filter and Autothority Stage II chip set and banjo bolt. I have the original chip set and banjo bolt that are included with the sale. I also have a car cover that is included with the sale. I have the carfax report for the vehicle which shows a minor fender bender in 2002. I knew about this when I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was very lightly bumped in the rear bumper and an accident report was filed (I have copies of the accident report), which also depicts a very minor bump. However, the 2nd owner decided to have the entire vehicle repainted by a top rated body shop in Royal Oak, MI (Autometric of Royal Oak - (248) 398-0200...). Almost $6,000 was spent on a extremely nice paint job (my father used to own a body shop for 20 years and I can tell you the paint job on the Porsche is top notch). I have explained the vehicle to the best of my knowledge. The vehicle is listed locally, so I hold the right to sell it outside of this auction. There are no warranty's of any kind as the vehicle is over 22 years old.
