The Porsche 968S is, without question, one of the finest automobiles available in the world. It has the prestige, power, and handling to compete with most any sports car on the planet, yet it can still be driven as a reliable daily driver. Inside, occupants are surrounded by fine leather in a luxurious sports car capable of speeds far above the legal limit.
This Porsche’s body panels are free of dents or dings, and the car has no major visible scratches in the paint. Clearly, this car was parked in the back of the parking lots it occupied. 0-60 rated at 5.1 seconds and top speed of 156MPH.

General Information and Terms of Sale
- Forman Motorsport, LLC is a licensed and bonded automotive dealership based in Phoenix, Arizona. Buying through a licensed dealer gives you as a consumer certain rights, and ensures your protection from title fraud and other problems encountered in private party automotive transactions. In addition, you may also qualify for lower interest rates by purchasing through a dealership. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle locally prior to the end of any advertisement or listing. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Cars are demonstrated and/or test-driven on a daily basis and therefore may have more mileage upon delivery than indicated in original listings.
- All transactions are subject to a Document/Preparation fee of $388. Arizona residents will be responsible for 8.1% sales tax and any applicable licensing and/or title fees. Non-Arizona residents wishing to drive their new vehicle prior to registering it in their home states will be responsible for a 90-day non-resident temporary permit fee of $35. All taxes and license fees will need to be paid by the buyer when the vehicle is registered in their home state. All state taxes and motor vehicle-related fees are administered by each state individually, are not included in the price of the vehicle, and are non-negotiable.
- Most vehicle titles are not held on the premises and it may take up to 30 days to receive one.
- Due to the fact that we often have multiple prospective buyers for the same vehicle, Forman Motorsport will not hold a vehicle without a signed non-refundable deposit, a signed purchase order, and a signed General Information and Terms of Sale. Without this deposit, all vehicles will remain advertised, listed, and available for sale.
- Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre-owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing.
- We will accept the following four forms of payment only: bank wire (preferred), Forman Motorsport in-house finance department (preferred), cashier’s check (which will have to be verified during business banking hours), or cash (which must be delivered in person). Personal, E-Loan, or company checks will not be accepted. Credit cards may be used to make the initial deposit, up to $2,500.
- Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected, professionally detailed, and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles; we put our name on the back of each one, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories, modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service. Forman Motorsport encourages third party vehicle inspections and can assist with this process within reason. We will not be held responsible for any claims after delivery of a vehicle due to this inspection opportunity.
- If you are unsure of anything, please ask. Do not assume anything.
- Vehicles may be picked up locally or shipped at the buyer’s expense. At your request, Forman Motorsport can coordinate the transportation of your newly purchased vehicle. We have many quality carriers available at a reasonable cost. As we are not the responsible party for loading, unloading, or driving the truck, Forman Motorsport will not be held liable for any claims arising from vehicle shipping, delays, or damage incurred while in transit. All claims are between the buyer and the shipping company.
- Unless otherwise stated, all vehicles are sold “As Is” with no warranty. Remaining manufacturer’s coverage may exist or an extended warranty/service contract may be available.
- All vehicles are sold in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from a vehicle transaction shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Arizona, and will be tried in Maricopa County, Arizona regardless of whether the vehicle was picked up in our showroom or delivered to your door.
