You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, please do not bid. Bidders must be able to pay cash in person or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before bidding on this vehicle. We are professionals in the business of selling quality vehicles.
Appropriate feedback will be left at the end of all transactions! If buyer or buyer's representative picks up the vehicle, We ask that feedback to be entered after delivery of vehicle, especially on cars that are picked up in person and delivered to your satisfaction.

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied, from the seller; however there MAY be a factory warranty remaining. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive negative feedback.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $1000.00 MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM CLOSE OF AUCTION -- CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFERS OR CASH IN PERSON. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
- FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM CLOSE OF AUCTION.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $500 re-listing fee.
