All local sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee, and a Harris County Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002593 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $25.93 VIT Taxes.
If you are a Texas resident, we must collect 6.25% sales tax and applicable title and registration fees at the time of purchase. Out of state buyers are responsible for and may pay all state, county, city taxes and fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will help arrange for shipping, if requested. However, we cannot be held liable for any problems or damages arising from or due to transportation handling.

A 10% deposit is due within 24 hours after the auction has ended. Full payment must be completed within 3 days after the end of the auction. We accept certified checks, money orders, and wire transfers.
We welcome a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
