Vehicle Description
Porsche-enthusiast owned Boxster... This car was shipped from Southern California in 2006 --it is adult-owned and has been a 3rd car for fair-weather weekend driving. Has never seen snow and not driven in the rain since I owned.
Mechanical Condition: No mechanical or electrical problems - everything works. All service has been completed at Porsche dealer by factory certified technicians. Engine runs strong, transmission is smooth, exhaust like new, brakes like new (new front rotors pads), steering and front-end are tight, tires have many miles remaining. Triptronic transmission works perfect.
Body Condition: Body and paint are near perfect. Front bumper, hood, and fenders were recently painted and clear-coated to factory spec as part of restoration (minor road nicks --no accidents). Wheels are in superb condition. Softtop is perfect w/ new rear window --the hardtop has been on most it's life so the softtop has been preserved (no rips or fading).
Interior Condition: Leather seats are in amazing condition with no tears/cracks and show little wear (all leather has been conditioned monthly to preserve condition). Dash, steering wheel, and carpet are all blemish free and like new - no missing parts.
If you are seriously looking for one of the best production sports-cars ever made in top condition then here it is. This car is in exceptional condition and most people think it is 2-years old (it looks better than photos depict). I have meticulously maintained and cared for this car --it needs nothing but continued maintenance and these cars easily run beyond 200k miles. This is a collectors car based on condition and model --1997 was the first production year for the Boxster and the only year it was manufactured in Germany so it's value will only increase.
