1927 Bugatti / 1979 Volkswagen Kit Car
Up for auction is a 1927 Bugatti replica kit car. This is a nice usable car. It is sold with no reserve. This is built on a 79 Volkswagen frame motor. It has a 4 cylinder VW engine with a 4 speed manual VW transmission. It is titled as a 79 Volkswagen. I don't know if it has a kit car title or a normal title. This is a nice looking car. It seems to run drive great. No one knows the actual mileage. It has 35 Ford Wheels caps with white wall tires. The tires are pretty nice. It has a wooden dash with radio speakers. There is a spare wheel tire. There are also custom built front rear bumpers. It has dual exhaust. The seats are in good condition.
I actually do not own the car or know much about it. I am listing it for a friend who owns it. You will actually be buying the car from him. Please e-mail him with any questions sport@sportinginternational.com
There are some blemishes on the car. I have attempted to picture describe the worst, but there may be more upon closer inspection. If you are interest in bidding, I would recommend you to come out inspect before bidding. The front bumper is bent on one side. There are multiple scratches scuffs in the paint throughout the body. One of the tail lights is cracked. The paint on the wheels is peeling. There is rust on the tail pipes, steering wheels, any other chrome or steel surfaces. I don’t know if the gas gauge works? The carpet around the dash is coming unglued.
Shipping Terms:
I have never shipped anything like this. I will help as much as I can with the shipping, but I don’t know much about it, all of that will need to be setup by the winning bidder.
