This replica was completed and titled in 1998, and painted in 1997 Ford Ultra Violet Purple with Pearl White stripes. The completed car has 7,050 miles on it.
The engine is a 468cid Chevy: 454cid+ .060= 468cid. It is paired to Chevy Turbo 350 transmission with shift kit. The rear end is a Ford 9-inch with 3.25 gearing and a Ford Tru-Trac Posi unit.
Additional engine details:
4-bolt main marine block, 9.5/1 comp. truck heads, Erson hydraulic cam, Sharpe roller rockers, Edelbrock Perf Plus intake, Holley #3310 750 carb, Mallory Unilite dist., Promaster coil, Hi-flow water pump, Ehrlers custom-made radiator with Flex-a-lite fan, and other high quality parts.

The only derogatory on this car is a crack in the windshield glass that is clearly visible in the pictures.
