We are now in our 9th year selling on Ebay with over 1100 positive feedbacks! MotoeXotica was one of the Pioneer Classic Car dealers on Ebay and have seen a lot of dealers come and go. We have a brick and mortar 30,000 sq. ft. building on 5 acres in St. Louis, MO to serve you; we like to sell our cars the same way as we would like to purchase them, fairly and honestly.
Through public demand Ebay has adopted a new policy to protect Ebay members from fraudulent 2nd chance offers. Should the reserve price not be met MotoeXotica will send a genuine 2nd chance offer through the Ebay system. We ask for a nominal $500.00 credit card deposit and give you a 10 day grace period to inspect the car. If you find the car not to your liking we will refund your deposit with no questions asked should you get here and not like the vehicle.

If you are looking for luxury, comfort and class but don't want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new Rolls Royce, you have found your car. This 12 Passenger 1981 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit Limousine is a beautiful custom built buy Ultracoach of L.A. California. It has all the power options including power steering, power brakes and front and rear heat and Air Conditioning. Riding in true limo style this car has 2 Magnavox TVs, Goldstar VCR, JVC CD Changer, Moon roof, custom bar with glasses and phones to your chauffer!
This car appears that it was privately owned since new and not used for parties. All of the seats are in great condition as well as the rest of the interior. The mileage of 33,433 appears to be correct and actual for the car. This would be the perfect addition to any existing limo fleet or a great start of a fleet!
The car has been recently repainted and it looks great. No major blemishes or scratches are found anywhere on the body. There are a few small chips. The front chrome and black plastic bumper is in great condition with some very minor pitting. The black plastic on the rear chrome bumper is starting to separate. The trim and grill both look great with no pitting, scratches or dings. This car has a clean AutoCheck report (similar to CarFax) and it has never been in an accident.
Inside you will find the original wood, carpets and seats which look great. The carpets are nearly perfect as are the seats. The front seats have no cracks or splits and only show very minor wear. The back seats are virtually flawless. The dash looks good with no cracking or splits. All gauges are in good working order as are the power mirrors, seats and windows. Lights, blinkers and horn are all in good working order as well as the A/C which blows cool. The rear passenger cabin is really nice with an all wood custom made bar with two TVs with remote controls and many bar glasses. There is a cooler for ice and trash can. When the privacy glass is up, you can reach your chauffer with the in car phone.
The V8 in the car runs great and starts with a turn of the key. The motor has been detailed and is very clean. Oil changes have always been on time and regular maintenance has always been performed on the car. Included is the original RR owner's manual and all the original brochures. Also included is the owners manuals of all the electronics in the car. This car would have no problems being driven back to wherever you live. The Rolls Royce wheels and hubcaps are wrapped with P235/75 R15 radials that have around lots of tread life left. The car was only driven on seldom occasions and has never been smoked in. This car comes with a clean AutoCheck report and has no stories attached. Truly a car you can get in and drive anywhere or simply to take out your special someone in. VIN is SCAZS42A4BCX03589 and the current mileage shows 33,433. The car is being sold on a clean mileage exempt Missouri title. Travel in style or make some money on the weekends. GET OUT AND DRIVE!

Documentation Fee: There will be a $195.00 fee added to each car sold in the United States. This includes title transfer, inventory tax, holding costs, vehicle preparation, storage and overnight documentation delivery.

Buyer will pay for any and all transportation costs. I will assist you in arranging for transportation, but you will be responsible for contact and payment directly with shipper. Prices will vary so check around if this is an issue. Shipping can take up to 14 + days due to scheduling.
International Transportation
We are happy to accommodate our overseas buyers! Over the last year we have exported cars to Norway, Germany, Estonia, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Costa Rica, Brazil, British Columbia, Canada and other locations!
Terms of Auction & Sale:
The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent of any bidder. The Vehicle is being sold by a Licensed State of Missouri Dealer (SRS Enterprises, Inc.).
Any Missouri resident must pay local MO sales tax and licensing fees. All other will do so in their home state.
The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding. If you are the high bidder and unable to inspect said vehicle before auction close, you or an agent will have (10) days to inspect said vehicle after the close of auction. I encourage a physical inspection strongly to avoid any misunderstandings or representations.
Bidders with less than 10 feedbacks MUST email us before bidding showing their intent to purchase the vehicle. Due to increasing non-paying bidders, we reserve the right to cancel your bid if you do not have more then 10 feedbacks. Sorry. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE BID INTERFERENCE!
All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in St. Louis, Missouri in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator.
Payment Terms :
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars.
A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has ten (10) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this ten day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then ten days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted.
Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or latter. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such.
Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.
All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise.
Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.
