Hello and thanks for viewing this auction. This is my 1976 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. I have several cars and need to pass a few on to a few lucky people. My wife and I have another child on the way and I personaly don't have the spare time to keep up with so many cars... My loss is your GAIN!
A few years back, I had a small livery service, in which I had several Classic Rolls Royce's and Bentleys for weddings, proms, and other formal events. Although the business went well, it was a lot to handle. I have since then moved on to other business interests.
This car was painted White ($2000), it's a decent job (not 100% show) but a good 10 ft. car. It has no rust issues like many british cars. The body is not missing any trim or moldings. I had the top dyed by an interior shop to avoid replacing it, looks good. The interior is chocolate brown with white piping. The leather was dyed ($1200) and looks great!!! The car has a wonderful wood grain trim, it does have some minor chip/pealing on the front portions. It has the very nice lambs wool rugs, which are in good shape. The car was serviced regularly, runs and drives decent. The brakes and hydrolics are in good shape. I had the radiator redone ($800). The transmission was rebuilt a few years back ($1100). This car has has 108,000 miles. Do keep in mind it's a 32 year old car and it's far from perfect. But with a little tender love and car this could be a great car again... These cars are getting harder and harder to aquire, take advantage before it's too late.
