AUCTION CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS
Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 314-652-0401 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection here in St. Louis, your deposit will be promptly refunded. Accepted forms of payment are: Certified check, cashiers check, or bank/wire transfer. U.S. Funds Only, please.
NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours, (2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
OUR GUARANTEE
We have disclosed as much information as possible about all of our vehicles and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Transworld Motor Company recommends vehicles are inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the most comfortable buying experience on EBay. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, the buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if the inspection proves vastly different from published ad. Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and it is vastly different from the eBay ad. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Transworld Motor Company accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from online lenders such as Capital One Auto Finance, eBay Finance, JJ Best Banc, and others. All buyers pay a $175 Processing fee which covers processing of paperwork, pre vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, FedEx, etc and a 30 day temporary registration so the vehicle can be driven prior to transfer of title in your area. Missouri residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in thier county as well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of Missouri, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.
