TERMS OF SALE
Fee and Tax Information: NYC Residents are required to pay 8.375% state sales tax on all purchases. Out of state buyers are responsible for paying any and all taxes and fees associated with state of residency.
Winning bidder must contact us immediately after being notified of their winning bid. A $500 deposit is also due immediately via Paypal. Local residents may leave cash deposit. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Make sure, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Unless other arrangements are made with RCO Auto Sales, full payment of the auto is required within the required within 3 days of auction end. Failure to do so may result in high bidder forfeiting deposit. Please understand these auctions cost time and money and we cannot afford for lack of seriousness when buying a car.
