Folks, check out this super cleean '06 Saab 9-7X 4.2i. I am amazed at the value these 9-7's have to offer. Where else can you get so much for so little $?? This unit just came off lease from Saab Financial Services and remains in excellent condition inside and out.
This 9-7X has never been damaged in any way. This one is Carfax Certified, no negative history, no stories! Just a nice, clean Saab 9-7.
The interior is SUPER CLEAN!! The Desert Sand leather has held up beautifully. No foul or funny odors. No smoke, etc.
Mechanically, this Saab is 100%. Honestly folks, this Saab runs, drives, handles and stops with ZERO problems. The tires are nearly new, this one is totally ready for the next lucky owner.
This Saab 9-7X was born and raised in sunny West Palm Beach, FL. This one has never been in snow, road salt, ice, etc.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle or risk a no-sale default.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Deposits can be left via PayPal or Major Credit Card. We ONLY accept Certified or Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers as forms of payment. Please call if you have any questions.

We welcome pre-sale inspection on all units, in fact, we recommend it!
Any descriptions we make of vehicles shall not be construed as any type of warranty. Our pictures are as thorough and precise as we can make them, but they cannot show every dent, ding, scratch and scuff on a vehicle.
Once a vehicle leaves our premises, no refunds, credits, or adjustments, will be issued.

OUT OF STATE SALES
For out-of-state sales, we ship titles via overnight carrier within 30 days of purchase. The vehicle will ship with a 30 day temporary tag. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006 WE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT 6% SALES TAX FROM RESIDENTS OF INDIANA, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND WASHINGTON. YOU WILL RECEIVE CREDIT WITH YOUR STATES DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR ALL OF THE SALES TAX WE COLLECT. PLEASE CALL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS NEW LAW.

SHIPPING AND LOCAL VENUE
Bidder and Buyer hereby agree that the proper venue for any and all legal proceedings arising from this transaction shall be Lexington, KY.
Vehicle is delivered FOB Lexington, KY, and Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. Any and all damages occurring as a result of or during transportation will be settled between the common carrier and the buyer. Kar Smart will be held harmless by both of the aforementioned parties.
Vehicle is conveyed from our premises to the owner/buyer (sometimes via a common carrier) AS-IS, with no warranty or insurance other than that which the owner/buyer provides at the time of sale.
