I bought this car right here on eBay a little more than a year ago. I paid $750 for it then. I bought it to drive while my other Saturn was being repaired by a rather slow mechanic. I usually do all my own mechanic work but I won't mess with a clutch so I had my friend "iffy" (if he's there, if he's finished, if he's not in jail again) replace the clutch on my beloved SL 2. (Please note; the car for sale here has an automatic transmission) He took way too long so I bought this car. It needed a bit of work but I have gotten most of that done, new tires, underhood parts, wheel bearing etc,... One of the repairs, I should mention now that we are in a summer long heat wave, was the AC which now blows ice cold. It has a small problem that causes it to stall occasionally but some days I can drive it all day long without a problem. I, and everyone else I talk to think it's an intermittent sensor. In any case I drive it every day and It gets very good fuel economy. Between 30 and 33 on the congested Jersey Shore roads and I got as much as 36 mpg on a trip to western Pa. this spring. There are a couple other issues which are really no concern to someone who just wants a cheap economical car to knock around in but I have created a blog page to list every last detail and will link you to it if you contact me. I doubt eBay will permit a hyperlink. The clutch in my other Saturn has been finished for some time now so I need to sell this car and start driving it again. No PayPal or checks. Sorry, I had a bad experience selling a car here before.
