Simply look at the pictures and you will realize there is nothing like it. I was very impressed with it's power and handling. This Scion is Well-mannered, well-controlled and admirably quick even with it's 4 cyl motor. Considering that it is a 4 and that it gives City 24 Hwy 29 per gallon then you can't help but to save money in gas and still look your very best. Our TC comes with a 4cyl and the TC package, and features a standard premium audio and a power glass sunroof. The car is in great shape and there is nothing not to like about her it only has 29K miles. The car has been state inspected and it has a current inspection from the state of Texas. You will be hard press with the condition of our car. However it does have a Texas Recondition Title (Texas Salvage Repaired vehicle with a Salvage title) The front end has been removed and replaced. The hood, fenders, bumper, headlights and radiator support has been replaced. There is no frame damage on her and it runs and drives just like it should. The Airbags were replaced with airbag covers for cosmetic purposes. You may contact your local Scion dealer to possibly obtain any additional records (using the VIN). Look at the pictures below and judge for yourself how nice it looks. It has some minor scratches and minor rock chips please see all the pictures. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All vehicles that we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned title, unless specified).
All dealers and individuals welcome!
The winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours with a phone call or E mail (buyers phone number must be included) to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or fed-ex.
The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 deposit required via paypal, Visa/MC, or certified funds (cashier's check) to start transaction. Then, the buyer has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After the 3 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an As Is without the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis. In a nutshell, the deal must be consummated within 4 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.
All sales are subject to a $195 dealer service fee, $50 documentary fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002508 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $25.08 VIT Taxes.
Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $103.30 (fee may vary depending year of vehicle), and state emission sticker fee of $39.95. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested. We will offer transportation from airport to our dealership ask for details.
Most of our vehicles are Trade-ins or Front-Line vehicles from Upscale Franchise Dealerships ( Mercedes-Benz Dealer, Toyota Dealer, BMW Dealer, Honda Dealer, Jaguar Dealer, Lexus Dealer, etc...). In translation, the vehicles we auction are Individual-Owned cars before becoming Trade-Ins at Franchise Dealerships. They tend to be nicer and cleaner than auction cars. We pay more and try our best to carry exceptional cars than edge type of cars.
Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as As Is condition. Please keep in mind that you are bidding on a used car that will have flaws but we strive our best to describe as much as we can about the cars. Ask for details.
We reserve the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received.
