* All buyers are to pay a $199.00 documentation and prep fee. this fee is non negotiable.

If you are a non Florida resident you agree to pay your state sales tax and all other fees required by law .If you live outside Florida you are responsible to pay your STATE SALES TAX TO US. AT THE TIME OF THE PICK UP WE WILL GIVE YOU AN AFFIDAVIT STATING THAT WE COLLECTED TAX HERE IN STATE OF FLORIDA, THEN WHEN YOU GET BACK TO REGISTER THE CAR,JUST SHOW THE DMV THE AFFIDAVIT AND YOU WILL NOT PAY THE SALES TAX AGAIN .
If you are having it shipped no sales tax will be collected .
* A deposit of $500.00 must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days.
* Florida residents are required to pay state sales tax , title transfer fee, registration fee, and license plate fee. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of the paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state. Title transfer, registration fees and license plate fee vary by person and birthdate so we charge a flat rate and refund any difference in charges.
