Specialty Cars of Sarasota has been in business for over 20 years. Our dealership enjoys the advantage of owning our vehicles outright. We have titles on hand and buy them at dealer wholesale pricing. We do have a local car lot for our everyday cars but our classic and exotic car dept. operates from a small facility and has a small 2 man staff. Sometimes we display our highline or classic cars on the lot but they are normally stored at facilities off site . Our expenses are very low and so are our prices. We usually turn each car within a few weeks so please don't delay contacting us if this car looks like it may be the one. If they don't sell here on eBay, we sell them off to larger dealerships that operate big showrooms. If you would like to join our dealer network please contact us by phone. We sell very nice cars and leave our dealers some room for fun. Many times our private customers are able to buy for about the same price as our dealers pay. Terms and conditions.
Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of auction end to make payment arrangements. We have English and Spanish speaking personnel to accept payment. A $1000.00 deposit is due at the time by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. The final payment in wire transfer or US currency for immediate release of vehicle. Certified bank check is also acceptable but may be held by our bank for 3 days or more before funds are available. All funds must clear our account before the cars are released for pick up or shipping company. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. No "drafts" are accepted. Some financing sources require a lien receipt BEFORE making their checks good. We do not accept any kind of checks that are not clear funds in advance of title transfer. Please call to ask questions BEFORE bidding.
We are members of a wholesale shipping network and will be happy to Help arrange shipping and can usually save you a $100 or $200 and have cars shipped faster depending on your area.
If you are not sure about something, please ask. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for negative feedback or (0) feedback rating. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.
All bidders are responsible to inspect the vehicle, have the vehicle inspected by a third party or sign a form waiving the inspection. If you are unhappy with the item upon personal or third party inspection here on premises, we will mutually agree not to finish the transaction. Before the car is taken of our property, we will require a positive feedback exchange. If you do not inspect the items listed and are unhappy with the item when it arrives, You have 24 hours to give notice to the dealership that you would like to send it back. Once the car arrives in the same condition. Specialty Cars will refund the winning bid amount less a 10% re-stocking fee with a minimum of fee of $1000. Specialty Cars is not responsible for shipping charges. This policy applies to eBay purchases only and is not negotiable. This is a legal and binding contract. Please take note all titles over 10 years are mileage exempt.$99 Documentation fee includes preparing for preparing and sending titles, paperwork, etc.

Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Credit card for deposit. Cashier's check or wire transfer
Fees and Taxes:
No taxes aredue of vehicle is shipped over state line. Please call to discuss tax scenario for your individual state if you would like to drive the vehicle over state lines. Florida residents must pay tax tag and title fees. Please call for details on these charges. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
