With only one previous owner, this automobile is ready for you. This vehicle lived in a smoker-free environment. There is no previous collision damage to this vehicle. There is no damage evident on this vehicle. We looked all over and found no door dings, obviously this vehicle is one of those vehicles you always see parked deep in the parking lots. From this vehicle's appearance, it is obvious that it has been garaged. This vehicle has a wonderfully smooth shifting transmission. The engine in this vehicle still runs like the day it was brand new. All the electric circuits in this vehicle appear to be in working order There are no reported manufacturer defects on this vehicle. The exterior of this vehicle is in excellent mint condition. The interior is extra clean; it was very well kept. I would estimate that the tires have more than 75% of their tread life remaining. TERMS AND CONDITIONS It is our mission to broker positive transactions between buyers and owners of fine collector vehicles. On Line Car Guy is representing this vehicle on eBay for the owner. We are not normally in possession of this vehicle. The owner provided us the information for the eBay auction and has stated the representations are true to the best of his/her knowledge. 1.The owner provides and is responsible for any and all representations within this auction and not On Line Car Guy. The owner states that the representations are honest and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and assumes all legal responsibilities for the vehicle and representations. 2.Inspection are suggested. Inspection can be done by the buyer personally or a third party inspector that the buyer hires. On Line Car Guy will be more than happy to assist in finding a third party inspector for the buyer. Inspection must be completed by the time the auction ends unless agreed upon by the seller. 3.At the conclusion of the auction On Line Car Guy will accept the deposit on behalf of the owner. This deposit is due within 3 days of auction closing. The deposit can be paid by, Paypal or Certified Bank Check only. 4.Full payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. You are not purchasing a new car that is claimed to be flawless. Instead, you are purchasing a vehicle that is old and expected to have normal wear and tear from age. The vehicle is sold 'as is where is without any warranty implied or expressed'. All sales are final once inspected and paid in full. 5.If the vehicle was materially misrepresented, your deposit is refundable and you are not liable for the purchase. We require you to put in writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of your deposit. 6.Bidding on this auction demonstrates your acceptance to hold harmless On Line Car Guy from any liability resulting from this transaction, including any reasonable attorney fees. 7.PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure excellent auction integrity. Please do not ask the sellers reserve as we will not disclose this information. 8.WE DO NOT accept bid retractions.
