Fee and Tax Information: We require the $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of auction We accept money order, cashier's check for the deposit. The rest of the balance must be paid in full within 5 days after the end of auction by cashier's check, money order, cash or wire transfer. All buyers pay a $50.00 documentary fee, and $125 preparation fee. All buyers must pay the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax, which is .002461%, of the purchase price (i.e. - $24.61 per $10,000). Texas residence must pay 6.25% sales tax if registering in TX. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states. In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be sent with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
