Hi, selling my 1983 Toyota Pickup, factory diesel, with just under 79,000 original miles! This little truck runs and drives great, and is mechanically very sound. It starts easily when it is cold, and doesn't smoke abnormally, and is a 5-speed. It has the factory radio, clock, and air conditioning(although it currently isn't working) and a bed liner. This was originally an Arizona truck and has no rust problems.
When I got the truck, it had been side-swiped on drivers side, but still ran and drove fine. I put a replacement drivers side fender, door, and bumper, added an aluminum toolbox under the bed, and painted those parts back to the factory color. Needless to say, the paint didn't turn out great and had some runs and drips. The pictures make the paint look better than it is. I will include some extra paint in case the new owner want to try to repaint it. Overall the truck isn't much of a looker, but would make an excellent runaround rig, or candidate for an SVO conversion. As you can see from the pics, there is still some body damage towards back side of cab on drivers side, and on the bed. There was a small gap in the new door, so I added an additional piece of weather stripping and it is now weathertight. I did not have to do any mechanical work to truck due to the sideswipe.
Like I said, this truck runs and drives good, and is ready to go down the road. I am selling it as is condition, please ask any and all questions before bidding. The title I have is clear, but I believe when it is re-registered it will come up as salvage. Must be paid for in full within 7 days of auction ending, and picked up within 21. I am more than happy to meet with an auto shipper, or pick up high bidder at the airport. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

*** PLEASE READ** Today after making a 50 mile round trip with the truck, it somehow developed a leak on the throttle shaft on the injector pump. I read on the internet that this is pretty common with these trucks, and that it can be fixed without removing the injector pump. The truck is still 100% drivable and the leak isn't too bad, it only leaks when the truck is running so no air gets in the line. I apologize for the inconvenience, but please take this into consideration when bidding.
