We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. WE ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO COME AND SEE THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO BIDDING. ALL AUCTION VEHICLES ARE SOLD 100% AS-IS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. IF YOU BID, BE PREPARED TO BUY. THE WINNING BIDDER BUYS THE ITEM AND WILL BE EXPECTED MAKE PAYMENT AND TAKE DELIVERY.
The successful bidder will submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 or 10% of the sale price (whichever is greater) by 7:00 PM on the day following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours the vehicle will be sold to someone else. Any winning bidder who fails to complete the transaction will be reported to eBay. Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are accepted for the deposit only. A maximum of $500 or 10% of the selling price will be accepted by credit card or Paypal.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 DAYS of the close of the auction. ALL financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Cash (In Person), certified check, or bank transfer only.
If the balance is not paid by the agreed deadline the deposit is forfeit and the vehicle will be sold to someone else.
A storage charge of $20 per day may be charged beginning with the 6th day after the close of the auction.
