We are a franchised Lexus dealer. This vehicle is a selected trade - in that it is not slated for reconditioning for retail sale/leasing/finance through our dealer group due to mileage, condition, and/or marketing requirements. Our intention is to make these selected trade vehicles available to the public for 3 to 5 day auctions. After that period they will be offered to wholesale licensed dealers only from our Florida location.
We will make every reasonable effort to describe the vehicle, and may include many photos to assist in that effort, however the seller shall not be responsible for correctness of description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Any and all descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.
All vehicles are sold "as-is", with no warranty from the seller, expressed or implied unless otherwise specified. Some vehicles may have remaining factory warranty. Please have all inspections done prior to bidding. All sales are final. Winning bidder must e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of auction end. Deposit must be received within 48 hours of auction end. Acceptable forms of payment are cashiers check or wire transfer. Final payment of the vehicle must be paid in full within 5 days of auction end. Please make any certified check out to Lexus of Jacksonville.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept E-Loan payments or Paypal, nor do we accept any Escrow type transactions.
We only accept Certified/Cashiers Checks or Bank Wire Transfers (in US dollars only). Florida buyers pay Florida sales tax. Buyers outside of Florida are responsible for applicable sales taxes in their respective state.
Buyer will be responsible for his own licensing requirements in state of residence.
Buyer can inspect vehicle at our premises 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday. All inspections must be done before end of auction.
Seller reserves the right to cancel your bid if you have any negative feedback that might prejudice your bid.
We will contact the successful high bidder by email or phone after the auction closes. You must respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer.
We are a full service retail dealership; As such, we reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction early or sell said vehicle. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
