What you are buying: You are buying a Used Vehicles not new. Keep that in mind when you are bidding. If you buy a $7,000 vehicle, you will get one that performs like a $7,000 vehicle not a $40,000 vehicle. We are not trying to cheat anyone and describe the vehicle the best we can. Do your own research before bidding. The auctions last 7 days you have plenty of time to do that. We are not experts on every vehicle we sell.
Warrantee Guarantees: What that means is when you get here, you can drive the vehicle around and if the motor knocks or the clutch is bad we do not expect you to pay for the item (UNLESS WE MADE THESE PROBLEMS CLEAR IN OUR AUCTION), but we do not guarantee small items such as lights, tires, gauges, starters, alternators, window motors, power mirrors etc. THERE ARE NO WARRANTEE’S unless they are the remaining manufactures warranty left on the item you are buying. We also guarantee that anything we sell is free and clear of any liens!!!!!
Due to the fact that these are previously owned vehicles, we may not have additional keys, all or any sets of books or manuals. Please expect scratches, bug and rock marks, little dents, dings, paint, and interior wear when purchasing used autos. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. A car that is 2 years old is going to show less wear than a vehicle that is 7 years old. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle. This means that this vehicle has been driven before, and will have the normal wear and tear of a vehicle of the age. We live and do business in a town of 2000 + people, one hour south of Champaign/Urbana, Illinois, thirty five miles east of Decatur, Illinois, about three hours south of Chicago, Illinois, 3 hours west of Indianapolis Indiana and about 3 hours north of St Louis Mo. Arthur is blessed with a number of manufacturing companies including MASTERBRAND CABINETS, OKAW TRUSS and CHI OVERHEAD DOORS. Imbedded in the rural community are numerous woodworking shops including custom cabinet and solid wood furniture manufacturers.
