Terms Conditions
We try our best to represent our vehicles as accurately as possible. Keep in mind however, that when we list a used car have some minor wear and tear. When it is new car, it is new and will be cleaned. :) We are one of 13 dealers in the Country to receive the Presidents Award and maintain to keep it for the past 12 years.
We have Factory Certified techs go over all our vehicles before they are put on the Internet to make sure the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and all major components including the electrical system is in good working condition. In some cases we will list a vehicle without giving an inspection which will be noted in the listing. We strongly recommend getting an independent inspection.
In-State buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. If a Temp Tag is required for out of state buyers, an additional $10 will apply.
There will be a $179.50 Doc. fee added to each sale to cover clerical expenses, transferring of title to new owner.
Successful high bidder must contact us within 48 hours of the end of the auction and submit a 10% deposit within 3 days. Certified Check or Bank Wire Transfer accepted. Any fees associated with Wire Transfer will be paid for by the buyer.
Balance of funds must be made within 5 days from the end of the auction. All checks should be made payable to: Quality Lincoln Mercury (certified check, money order or wire transfer only)
You must be at least 18 years old to bid and to take delivery of any vehicle we sell.
We reserve the right to end this auction at any time and notify all bidders. We shall not be held legally liable for any such cancellation and/or closure.
We reserve the right to retract bids of any bidders who have a negative feedback rating unless they contact us and explain why they have a negative mark.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company. We will not be responsible in any way for claims related to shipping damage.
All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding.
