Factory Warranty Remaining
At Platinum 1 Auto, you can purchase with confidence. Because we carry many late model vehicles with low miles, most Platinum 1 Auto vehicles have a remaining balance on the factory warranty. However, in order to give our customers peace of mind, Platinum 1 Auto provides a standard powertrain warranty for 3 months / 4,500 miles for all qualified vehicles that do not have remaining factory warranties through C.A.R.S. warranty program.

Fees: All sales are subject to a $195 processing fee, a $50 document fee, a $33 title fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory tax (VIT Tax) of 0.002096 of the purchase price (for ex., $10,000 would be $23.21). All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the auction close.
Texas Buyers:
Buyers residing in the state of Texas will be charged state taxes, local taxes, title and registration fees. Out of Texas Buyers:
Out of state buyers are not charged sales tax and pay sales tax in their state of residence. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Deposit

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors, please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Transportation Options Buyer Pickup
We are not associated with any auto carrier. However, we are happy to assist in arranging transport with a reputable auto carrier. If you choose to research quotes with other carriers, please confirm an estimated delivery time. Pick-up arrangements for vehicles are done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please Call, as we are in and out and want to assure YOU are taken care of in a "Platinum Way" Deliveries Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (CST). PLEASE BE AWARE: Once the vehicle leaves our possession, Platinum 1 Auto is not responsible for any damage incurred. All questions or concerns should be addresses directly to the auto carrier. If you choose to pick up your vehicle in person, a representative from our corporation can be available to transport you from area airports to our warehouse. Being that we operate a dealership, our inventory vehicles are driven occasionally and, therefore, the mileage noted may be a few hundred different than the exact mileage listed for the vehicle. Some vehicles may come with only one key. This only occurs when we purchase a vehicle for our inventory and the seller provides us only one key. Platinum 1 Auto will provide each buyer with every key, manual, and navigation CD that was in the vehicle at our time of purchase.
