Fees and Taxes
An Admin Fee of $195 applies to all sales. This fee is to cover our expenses, such as (but not limited to) titling, temporary tags, courier services, requisite paperwork, office time, cleaning and preparation of your vehicle. In addition for FL residents only, if you are transferring a tag it will cost you $80, or $200 for a new tag. We will file and handle all necessary paperwork. Florida sales tax will apply to purchasers who reside in the State of Florida or who take delivery in the State of Florida. Cars shipped out of the State of Florida will not be charged FL State Sales Tax. Please note that out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Terms and Conditions
Bids from ebay members with 0 (zero) feedback will not be honored unless prior approval from the seller is given. Please contact us via ebay, email, our website, or by calling for approval.
Payment Details
A $300 non- refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction..s end. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days of the auction..s end. Bidders that do not satisfy the terms of this agreement will forfeit their right as the winning bidder and are subject to loose the deposit. Cybercarz will make every attempt to pursue non-responsive bidders through ebay contact and dispute tools. We reserve the right to take legal action, in accordance with Florida State Law, in the event that ebay cannot resolve the matter to our satisfaction.
Cybercarz accepts the following forms of payment for both the deposit and balance of the vehicle purchase price:

Loan Check issued by a financial institution
Cash (delivered in person)
Money Transfer
No personal checks will be accepted!!!
Buyers must obtain financing independently .. Cybercarz does not offer financing.
It is important that you secure your financing before you bid. Be sure to verify the specifics of the vehicle up for bids with your financial institution before bidding. Cybercarz provides all of the vehicle information in our listing and will not offer leniency to buyers who encounter financing issues after the auction..s close.
Pick-up/Delivery of the Vehicle
The buyer is responsible for pickup or delivery of the vehicle. Cybercarz does not offer shipping or delivery services, and will not be responsible for paying for, locating or recommending such services. We have included links to local shipping companies on our home page, but in no way indorse or recommend these companies. All pick ups/deliveries must be completed during regular business hours unless previous arrangements have been made, and must leave our lot within 10 business days after final payment has been made. Those wishing to have your vehicle shipped - all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Vehicles will not be shipped until full payment has been made and all completed paperwork is in our possession.
Disclaimer
Cybercarz reserves the right to cancel bids by ebay members with multiple occurrences of negative feedback. We also reserve the right to end the acution early if the car should become unavailable due to a sale on our lot during the time of the auction.
