Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Successful high bidder should email us at jet.autosports@gmail.com or call 267-939-6760 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash, cashiers-check or 3rd party financing ( Credit cards are accepted for deposit only ). Within 24 hrs. of end of sale, winning bidder must submit $ 1000 non-refundable deposit. Balance due within 5 days of end of sale. We will store vehicle for up to 15 days free of charge. All documentation fees extra. A $245 processing fee will be added to the final value of the auction. This includes a 30 day Pennsylvania In-Transit Tag, notary, messenger and title transfer fees. This fee is not negotiable, and dealers are included.
You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID!
