Fee and Tax Information: Applicable taxes may be collected on vehicles sold depending on whether the vehicle is shipped or picked up in person. If the vehicle is picked up, we will issue a temporary plate, and MUST collect applicable sales tax by law. If shipped, you pay the tax in your state upon registration.

While we try to service any known defects it is always possible for any used vehicles to need service or repairs in the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc....do not always remain with the vehicle throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local Factory Dealer or here on ebay for a few dollars. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements or disputes associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller shall take place in the State of Florida in Broward County.
