YOU ARE BIDDING ON A PARTS / PROJECT CAR.
It is a 1976 Celica GT Liftback. The car does not run and there is a rusted out spot in the trunk. Car has sat for too long and I no longer have a place/shop to work on the car so I am selling it. It will be a no reserve sell and I hope to sell it to someone who could get some use out of it rather than me taking it to the junk yard. Yes there is lots of rust. Yes there is lots of body work that needs to be done. Yes the car has been setting for a long time, over 10 years. My guess that the best use for this car would be a donor/parts car unless you are a body/sheet metal man. The seats were reupholstered, new headliner, and new carpet was put in several years ago. This was a daily driver several years ago. Car has 157315.7 miles and engine has about 15000 miles. There has been a lot of motor/head work done to the engine. I will list all that below.
Engine modifications:
LOWER
Block Decked
Cylinders bored
All Rotating Mass Balanced
New Rods and Pistons
All New Bearings
All New Gaskets and Seals
UPPER
Head Shaved/Milled
Intake Ported and Polished
Exhaust Ported and Polished
New Valves
Dual Valve Springs
3 Angle Valve Job
Custom Cam - 298 duration intake and exhaust 397 lift
New Rocker Arms
ACCESSORIES
Custom Intake Manifold (made to adapt 2-barrel Holley)
Pace Header
New Water Pump
Custom painted Valve Cover
New Spark Plug Wires
All mods were done before the car was left to sit. I do not know the exact condition of the motor other than the crank turns and the motor was running when put up. I had plans on tearing the motor down again and rebuilding it but, now I have no shop. That along with the body work that is needed is why the car is for sale.
Payment: I prefer PAYPAL payments. Only bidders with positive feedback will be accepted regardless of payment method.
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for delivery/pickup. Car must be removed from location by 10 days after auction ending date or buyer forfeits all money and car will be relisted or junked.
Item sold as is no refunds.
Payment must be received at end of auction. Any buyer who does not meet this guideline is subject to a non paying bidder warning with eBay which could lead to the suspension of your account.
