Vehicle Description
1971 Toyota Corolla all original California car except for the motor and tranny have been upgraded to 1.8 3TC and tranny is now a 5-speed. This car is super solid inside and out, no rust other than a small spot on the hood and deck lid, both shown in pictures. The interior is in great shape,headliner has a small tear,package tray is peelling from age and I am missing the shift counsel. The body is very straight other than a few minor door dings. Motor and tranny run very strong with no grinds. This car is one of the most unmolested and rust free I have ever owned and I've owned a few, in fact the only reason I am selling it is because I own three others and two are SR5's and one S5. The undercarriage is in very good shape, no signs of abuse or accidents. The engine bay was stripped and repainted with the factory color prior to the engine and tranny going in by a profesional paint shop and speed shop. New parts are electric fuel pump,starter,internal voltage regulater alternater,battery,fresh synthetic tranny and rearend fluid,brake hoses,water pump and radiator hoses,ect. The cracking on the paint below the gas cap seems to have been caused by fuel leaking through a leaking gas cap after a full tank of gas. I replaced the old key aftermarket one for this orignal one. Also this is the original factory paint.
