Selling a 1991 Toyota Corolla 4-Door Sedan with Automatic Transmission that is in Very Good overall condition. Recently acquired this economical very clean low mileage Corolla from an elderly lady ( the original owner) who was no longer able to drive (and a non-smoker). The engine is a 1.6L with fuel injection that has been getting 35 MPG highway mileage. The transmission works fine shifts through gears properly. The Corolla was optionally equipped with power steering and a radio/cassette tape player. There is no AC. There is no known mechanical problems with the car and would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. The front axle boot have just been replaced and has a brand new State Safety Inspection sticker. The matching radial tires still have 80% treadlife left.
The interior is clean with no rips/tears or stains on the upolstery or carpeting. All lights, turn signals, wipers,radio heater controls work properly. The cars body is pretty much dent ding free. The paint is still shiny. Some of the clear coat has come off on the top edge of the passenger side doors. The strut towers, rocker panels, undercarrige floorpan are rustfree. The rear bumper reinforcement member does have rust.
The sale comes with a Bill of Sale, the original Maine Title, and a clean Carfax Vehicle History Report. I only have the original Title since the State of Maine DMV will not issue new Titles to vehicles that are over 15 years old. Sale also includes the original Owner Manuals and a Haynes Shop Service Manual. I reserve the right to end the 10-Day auction early since the Corolla is up for sale here locally. Taken into account the Corolla's condition and low mileage, it has a Bluebook Retail Value of $3050, and a Bluebook Private Sale Value of $2335.
If the final bid is high enough I will consider delivering the car at a convenient location within 100 miles and possibly further if travel expenses are covered.
