This magnificent car is in excellent condition, all mechanical and electrical equipment is working fine. The exterior is silver and the interior gray with cloth seats in good condition. This car is equipped with power steering, steering wheel adjuster, AC system, original sound system AM/FM CD player, 4 speakers, front air bags, cup holders, door pockets, rear defogger, power door locks, keyless entry and much more.
This car clean smells throughout, appears to have never been smoked in. It drives strong, the transmission is smooth with no worrisome noises and there are no problems with the engine or leaks at all. The body and paint are in good condition, it have some scratches but nothing to worry about it (see pictures). This is a vehicle well cared, remember just one owner. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state taxes and fees. If you come to Florida to pick up your vehicle you must pay whatever your state charges for sales tax, we are only allowed to collect up to 6%, if your state charges more than 6% sales tax the difference must be paid when you get back to your state. You will receive a form that shows you paid such tax. If you are a Florida resident then all taxes, tags and titling will be done by us.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 business days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by the buyer any assistance that is provides is a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper.
All vehicles not picked up after 15 days from the close of the auction will be subjected to a $15 a day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made beforehand (just keep us informed). At A Unique Auto Sales we also 100% guarantee all cars to have clean and lien free titles with NO salvage history and NO flood damage. We just never get involved in that type of vehicle, ever. Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing that some titles take a few weeks for processing. We are very fast about it and Fed Ex them ASAP to you no charge. This is with any dealer you buy from. This is why we have Temporary Tags for you to drive home on.
These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) at best, and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the optional extended warranty (available on most, but not all cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs, if any, in the future. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car.
