Successful high bidder should telephone Jim Hudson Toyota-Scion (803)397-7189 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a $1000 deposit shall be received in cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. If this deposit is not received, or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers. If the winning bidder does not buy the vehicle, we will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay Motors and it will also result in negative feedback. Buyer is also responsible for eBay fees incurred to list the vehicle if for some reason the sale is not finalized which may be up to $150. All financial transactions must be completed within five days of the auction ending in cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
