Our cars go through a very detailed inspection.
Engine Transmission: Smooth ,Clean and in good working conditions. No leaks or noises. No known mechanicals problems!
Interior: In great condition; Cloth seats no cuts. However they show some minor wear as normal for a 4 year old vehicle. Some stains in seats and carpet as pictured.
Exterior: As good as you can see on the pictures. Tiny paint chips in front bumper and hood.
Accessories: All of the accessories such as A/C, power steering, lights and switches are in good working conditions. PLEASE note that this beautiful SUV doesn't come with spare key, floor mats and owner's manual.
We are too picky in our inspections; many do not even notice most of these details because they are considered to be normal wear and tear as the car gets older. But please keep in mind, no used vehicle is absolutely perfect, it may or will have some minor normal wear or minor imperfection (exterior or interior) as it is used and has been driven. Please keep in mind that mileage on some vehicles may be slightly higher as they may be driven/test during the listing. Please remember that you are bidding on a quality pre-owned automobile. Every effort is made to accurately and fairly describe our vehicles. Any errors, if any, are unintentional and best, should be minor. We will do our best to openly disclose any noticeable defects in our auction. If possible schedule a professional inspection. TERMS CONDITIONS
This sale is a binding contractual agreement between seller and buyer/highest bidder. All buyers must read our terms. By bidding on our vehicles, bidder unequivocally accepts these terms. Price negotiations after the end of the auction will not be tolerated!
a) The buyer is required to complete 10% deposit within 48 hours from the end of auction. Deposits are accepted via bank wire transfer, money order, or certified check. The balance is to be paid in full within 7 business days from the end of the auction by cash, cashiers check, or bank wire transfer. Late payment penalty fee is $25. b) If no contact is made within 48 hours after the end of the auction, seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise.
c) Interference with a legitimate bidder by placing a false bid, or placing a bid which you cannot honor can have serious financial consequences. If the buyer does not complete full payment within 7 days, the seller reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies provided by this contract. Buyer agrees that seller will be entitled to adequate compensation for any incomplete sale as a result of bidders inability to complete purchase within the stipulated 7 day period.
d) All titles are present and can be picked up or sent via certified mail at the time of completion. For any further clarification, we suggest checking with us or at your local Department of Motor Vehicle.
e) Bidder with only negative feedback, zero feedback, or bid retractions must contact seller via email or phone prior to placing the bid or else they will be automatically rejected. We reserve the right to end our auctions at any time, and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure.
f) Please report your concerns –if any- within 2 days of delivery via e-mail carport_of_tampa@yahoo.com or phone at (646) 823-3919, we will attend to reported problems immediately. All sales are considered final and nonreversible.
g) We welcome independent pre-purchase or post-purchase inspections. Sales are binding and complete upon delivery for independently inspected vehicles.
h) Our goal is to provide quality vehicles at prices well below retail value. This is why we have a team of professionals and mechanics who thoroughly inspect the vehicle both mechanically and cosmetically before listing them on eBay.
i) We do our best to repair/recondition or disclose any necessary and known items prior to offering them for sale; however, there is no possible way to include all minute details. Consequently, there may be additional minor wear on the vehicle that is typical of the age, such as minor superficial hairline scratches, small nicks and minor abrasions that are not indicated in this description. These factors will not detract from the overall appearance and value of the vehicle and we can not be held responsible for it. We strongly recommend your own professional inspection if necessary.
j) There is a $199.00 additional handling fee associated with the purchase.
k) If buyer plans to TRANSPORT the vehicle out of state, buyer will be responsible for registration and tax in their own state.
l) If buyer resides Out-of State of Florida, and plans to pick-up the vehicle and DRIVE it home, buyer will be responsible to pay the tax on the car amount according to buyer’s state rate. Seller is then able to issue a TEMPORARY tag. The State of Florida will then transfer that tax to the collecting state in most cases. (No exceptions!)
m) Carport of Tampa is a Florida Registered Dealership. According to Florida law, If buyer resides in Florida, buyer will be responsible to pay for sales tax, tag and title fees. Seller will have to collect this at the time of delivery and will submit these fees to the State of Florida..
