1975 Toyota Landcruiser FJ55 F Engine (built at the end of 1974). Truck runs very strong, drives well, steering is pretty tight, brakes work well (recently replaced leaky wheel cylinder and put on new shoes). The main problem with the truck you can see in the pictures (please follow link below) is that it needs body work (especially along the drip rails). There are other rust spots around the vehicle as you can see as well as some starting to come through the floorboard. This needs to be addressed before it gets worse. Also, there is an exhaust leak that's coming from the connection between the intake and exhaust manifolds. One of the bolt holes is stripped and needs to be retapped. Also, one of the spring assists on the tailgate is broke as well as the metal around one of the hinges on the tailgate is rusting. Both heaters (front and rear) work very well and blow lot's of hot air. The passenger window is sticking right now, but I think it just needs to have the linkage lubed. The lights work good, the tires (33"x 10.5 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A) are in good shape. The corner of the rear seat fell victim to my dog and is ripped (see photos). There's another rip in the front seat that I put duct tape on to keep it from getting worse. For some reason the hood keeps popping up (not all the way, just to the safety catch) so I've been holding it down with a bungee cord. All in all it's a GREAT truck and I would love to keep it but I'm moving out of the country and it's not really realistic to ship it and store it over-seas.
