Up for auction is a nice, clean Southern California FJ60 Land Cruiser.
This Land Cruiser has spent all of its life in Southern California and has been very well cared for. It does have an Illinois title and plates, as the previous owner owns property in the land of Lincoln and registered not only the Land Cruiser, but also his new Prius and Camry there to avoid smog and high registration. It was used to drive back and forth to work on the San Diego freeway and occasional trips to the Home Depot or garden center for plants, hardware, and the occasional piece of wood. It has not been used for any off road driving. It has never been abused or neglected. This is the Land Cruiser you can get into right now and use daily.

This Land Cruiser has no rust or corrosion, and never has. It has one of the cleanest original chassis and body out there for a Land Cruiser. I did remove the complete carpet and seats to clean a spilled coffee and I do have pictures of the spotless floor pans in pristine condition. Most Land Cruisers I see on Ebay have rust damage, rusty chassis, or body rot, but not this one. It has never been in an accident or damaged, and no dents beyond small scratches or dings. It was repainted several years ago and still looks good, but not perfect. It is very presentable and I have received many nice comments at places about it. It has no major damage to any trim or hardware on the outside. It is just clean and usable.
The inside is clean and nice, but there is some wear on the driver's seat and the rear cargo carpet area just from use over the years. The headliner is starting to go, but I think it has a few more years left. The weatherstripping is soft and seals well. The doors and hatch close like a proper Toyota with no slamming needed. The dash has a couple of cracks and now has a nice matching cover. I am missing the cubby under the radio as I removed it to fix a radio wire and lost it in my garage (common with me if you ask my wife). If I can find it, I will put it back in. I believe absolutely every gauge, light, and the electrical works properly.
The wheels are from a 2000 Tundra.
All in all, this is a very clean Land Cruiser. You can get in, turn on the heat or A/C, set your GPS, and go. It truly is one of the nicer original FJ60's out there.
If you are looking for a truly "never abused or off-roaded" Toyota, this is the one.

Balance in full must be paid within 7 days of end of auction, unless prior written (via email) agreement has been made with Seller.
