Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license unless they are residents of the folowing states Arizona 5.5%,California 6.25%,Florida 6%,Hawaii 4%,Indiana 7%, Massachusetts 5%, Michigan 6%,South Carolina 5% up to a maximum of $300.00, Vermont 6%. If you are charged tax buy Kirkpatrick's AutoWorld we pay your sales tax to your state and you do not pay again when you return to your state. Illinois Doc fee is $150.00.
On-line auction winners
The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state after delivery. All successful high bidders on any online auction will be subject to a $189.00 Dealer fee. (i.e. $10,000 + $189.00=$10,189.00). This fee enables us to pay for express shipping of all documents, out of state temporary tags, fully detail the vehicles for delivery, and any additional services as needed by our customers.
Scooter, ATV, Go-Cart Fees
There is a additional $325.00 Set-up on Scooter's, ATV's, and Go-Cart's. This covers the shipping, set up, and final assembly cost we have to get the scooter or ATV ready for sale.
Illinois Resident's Taxes and Fees
Will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Warranty Terms
All vehicles include 1 Year warranty (see dealer for details), except those represented As-Is-and shown. As-Is and Shown vehicles are not warrantied either expressed or implied written or verbal. The following condition's will also apply to these vehicles. Kirkpatrick's AutoWorld LLC will not replace, repair, correct, adjust in any manner, any existing or future issues.
