Here at Montrose Toyota we are Making friends one car at a time. My name is Matt Bohach, Internet Sales Manager and our eBay Specialist. I am a Cleveland State University graduate with a business and marketing degree. I have worked in the car rental business, been a Service Advisor, a Lease Manager, and a Internet Sales Manager for over 4 years now. I even worked as a valet for two years during college. So altogether I have a decade of experience with all makes and models, literally driving thousands of different vehicles of varying age and mileage.
I personally drive the vehicles we list both city and highway before I list them. I do my best to give you a first hand impression of the vehicle for sale. I will note if the vehicle has not had an inspection. Please understand that I am not a mechanic and what I write about the driving experience is only my opinion.
OUR TYPES OF AUCTIONS:
1) Factory Warranty: New, still under Factory Warranty, or Certified Pre-Owned--which have a warranty from Toyota or Scion.
2) Limited Warranty: 30 day or 1,000 Mile (whichever comes first) Limited Powertrain Warranty provided free of charge by Montrose Toyota - These vehicles are out of the factory warranty and usually under 75,000 miles. This warranty covers only the internally lubricated parts of the engine and transmission. We will pay 50% of parts and labor. The work MUST be done at Montrose Toyota.
3)AS-IS,: No warranty express or implied. AS-IS auctions you will see on higher mileage vehicles, older vehicles, or wholesale vehicles. All AS-IS vehicle sales are final and Montrose Toyota will have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for these vehicles after they are sold. Please do not bid on an AS-IS vehicle if you are not comfortable with buying a used car that has not been inspected. Fees and Taxes Out of state buyers are not charged tax, except for residents of AZ, CA, FL, IN, MA, MI, SC, and WA. Those states are charged state sales tax for their respective states per an Ohio law. All buyers are responsible for our fees totaling $285. Please consider our fees when placing your bid or offer. These fees are the Ohio documentation fee, title and license fees. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. The customer will receive an Ohio title or memorandum title for the vehicle they purchase and can convert this title when they register the vehicle in their home state. Ohio residents will be charged tax in their county plus the fees. If you are a dealer or wholesaler you are still responsible for the documentary fee sorry no exceptions!

DepositWe require a $500 non-refundable minimum deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call us to make arrangements for payment by credit card, or use PayPal. Our PayPal account ID is montrosetoyota@yahoo.com Maximum deposit/down payment by credit card is $2500, Paypal maximum is $2000 per transaction. Balance must be paid by other approved means.
Sale Procedure
Buyers MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction close. All eBay transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction's end, unless given permission by an eBay Representative for more time. If any of these requirements are not met, Montrose Toyota reserves the right to re-sell the auction vehicle by any means.
Customers with zero feedback on eBay please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction.
