Vehicle Description
This is one of my projects that must go.It is nearly finished.I have owned the truck for about 8 months.It had a 3 inch body lift when I purchased it and that was the only modification that had been done.It also had a spun rod bearing.
The engine is completely rebuilt with new pistons,rings,gaskets,pumps,etc.I installed a 4" full suspension lift including rear pro comp springs.(needs to be aligned before it is driven very far)new shocks on all four tires,rear u-bolt flip kit.The exhaust header was replaced with a used tri y header, cat is the original and 40 series muffler is new.The tires and wheels have 2 miles on them, they are Mickey Thompsan baja claws 35x 12.50x 15.All the steering links, brakes,rotors, bearings, battery, and axle seals have been replaced.The third members are from a v6 4runner and are 4.56 gear ratio.The rear is open and the front is welded solid.
The clutch,leaf spring bushings, lower control arm bushings and rear u-joint were also replaced.
I bought a 1985 toyota solid front axle and transmission/transfer case that will be included in the auction.I planned on going with dual cases and solid axle swap.
The body shows signs of previous off road damage as seen in the pics. as well as the usual bed rust. The frame is solid with no rot.There is no radio but I will throw in a C.B. radio.
With an alignment ,windshield, and a rear brake line repaired the truck could be driven daily.I have ran out of time and money , so it must go.It is currently licsensed and insured.
