Warranty
· We offer free labor for all parts purchased from HYBRID AUTO PARTS INC for the life of the car.
· All parts that will be replaced on the vehicle will be replaced by used parts; prices on parts are based off of 35% less than what any authorized Toyota dealership will charge for a new part.
· The warranty applies to the registered owner of the vehicle only; owner must be present with a valid identification for any service.
· The warranty is void if any parts have been replaced by any business other than HYBRID AUTO PARTS INC.
· The warranty is void if the car gets in to an accident.
· The warranty is non-transferable.
· The warranty can be revived by a new party for a fee of $1,250.00.
Information
This car is in perfect driving condition. Recently it was involved in a collision to the front end. The hood, bumper, and right fender was replaced. The repairs were done at my shop, which is a licensed auto repair shop that specializes in Prius's only. Everything on the car works flawlessly. The car looks and drives great.
There is a $500 non-refundible deposit due 2 days after auction end via paypal. The remaining balance is due 5 days after auction end and can be paid with cash, cashier's check or wire transfer. If paying with a cashier's check, buyer must wait until check fully clears.
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping and I will help the buyer in any way I can. The buyer must also pay 7.75% California sales tax, unless the buyer is from out of state, which it will then be waived. The car is not registered in any state and it will be the buyer's responsibility to register the car in there state of residence.
