Up for auction is a ONE OWNER 2002 Toyota Prius Hybrid. This Hybrid car will average 51 MPG in the city and 45 MPG on the highway. These vehicles have become very popular! With gas prices steadily increasing these vehicles are the way to go. You can double the MPG of most other vehicles on the road today with the purchase of this Prius. Toyota dealerships have six month waiting lists for a new Prius. Why wait? This one owner vehicle is in great condition. The previous one owner took care of this vehicle. As far as we can tell the hybrid batteries are the original factory batteries. The hybrid batteries are in perfect shape. They function as they should by giving power to the electric motor which in turn helps out the gasoline engine and these two components combined produce excellent MPG. We are also offering a free 1 Month/1000 Mile Powertrain Warranty on this vehicle. The Powertrain Warranty will be provided through AutoSouth LLC and it will cover the engine, transmission, and axles. The CVT automatic transmission (Continuously Variable Transmission) in this vehicle is in superb condition. The transmission shifts strong and smoothly. All Prius vehicles come with a small 1.5L four cylinder gasoline engine. The gasoline engine is helped out by the Toyota Hybrid System. The Toyota Hybrid System helps increase the fuel economy. The engine in this vehicle is in excellent condition. It runs great with no misses or hesitation. Although the engines in these vehicles are small, they still have plenty of power on the highway and in the city. The four wheel disc brakes are all in good condition. They do not squeak, squeal or vibrate when coming to a stop. We always give our customers a free 1 Month/1000 mile warranty. The warranty covers the powertrain parts which are the engine, transmission and axles. We do this to give you, the customer, peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle that you have not seen in person. The exterior of this Toyota Prius is navy blue in color. The paint is in stunning form. The color is not dull or faded. This vehicle will be buffed, waxed, and detailed by a professional before you pick it up. The Bridgestone P175/65R/14 tires are all in great condition. The rear tires have about 85% tread left, and the front tires have about 50% tread left. Tire condition is just an estimate. The 14” alloy wheels are in great shape with no curb rash. This 2002 Prius has a rear spoiler and a Factory Toyota CD player. This vehicle has never been involved in any type of accident. The AutoCheck report is clear and we have giving this vehicle a detailed inspection and we have determined that this vehicle has never had any paintwork. The driver’s side rear quarter panel does have a dime size door-caused ding. It is hardly noticeable but we try to mention all details about our vehicles when we list them on eBay. I have included pictures of this door-caused ding. The windshield is in outstanding condition. It does not have any rock pecks or cracks. All of the other glass in this vehicle is in great condition as well. Overall, we would give the exterior of this vehicle a rating of 9.4 out of 10.
The interior of this 2002 Prius is gray in color. The cloth seats are all in great condition. The interior will professionally cleaned before you pick the car up. The seats show no wear, tears, rips or noticeable stains. The headliner is perfect. It has no stains, and it is not loose or hanging down from the roof of this vehicle. The carpet is in great condition. It does not have any stains, tears, rips or wear marks. The air conditioning works fantastically. The air conditioning blows ice cold and the heat works great to. The Navigation System is operable but it is missing the Navigation disc. The AM/FM/Cassette player functions the same as it did when it left the factory. The factory Toyota Six Disc CD Changer works great. It is a $600 option from Toyota. All of the speakers work properly. None of the speakers rattle and none of the speakers are busted. The sound system sounds great. This vehicle has a Multi-Function touch screen display. This screen displays current MPG readings, MPG averages, and color illustrations of the powertrain system. It also displays the Navigation system map and directions. This is a great feature of all Prius vehicles. All of the electronics work properly including the power windows, power mirrors, power door locks, and cruise control. This Toyota Prius comes with a keyless entry remote and it does have the factory installed security system. This vehicle also comes with owner’s manuals and some maintenance records. Overall, we would rate the interior of this vehicle a solid 9.5 out of 10.
