Texas BuyersTexas buyers registering in Texas will be charged state and local taxes, which include a $43.00 title fee and license registration, Dealer Inventory Tax, a $50 Documentary fee, $263.00 Dealer Prep fee. From time to time our titles are in transit however, the State of Texas does allow 21 working days in which to produce a clean and clear title.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Bexar County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Bexar County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Bexar County, Texas.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Bexar County, Texas.
