Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit by bank wire transfer or overnighting of a bank cashier's check within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. In the event of a Buy it Now, PayPal will collect a $500 non-refundable deposit.
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
State of Tennessee buyers must pay all applicable fees and taxes inherent to Tennessee. A $5.50 fee for 30 day temporary tag and the TN business tax (rate of .375% of purchase price) is required from ALL buyers. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. A $150.00 Document fee will apply to cover costs. We do not collect sales tax from out-of-state buyers.
Buyers Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Liles Motors has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Liles Motors welcomes and recommends a PRE-BUY inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees, however, the vehicle will be taken to and from the point of inspection within the city limits of Memphis free-of-charge.
