LOWERED RESERVE
Up for auction is my 1975 Triumph Spitfire. 1500
This baby needs to find a new home so that I can concentrate on other projects. Can be a daily driver with just a little TLC.
Let’s start with the interior. The carpeting is in good condition. Seats are redone by local shop that replaced all the foam and a panel. New wooden steering wheel good door panels but gas gauge radio not working and dash has cracks.
Exterior - Paint is fading. A car this age does have its blemishes, and I’ve included a picture of the rust around the turn signal. I have the hardtop and all covers – the convertible top has a slight ½ tear near the front of the driver’s window.
Engine - Stock with 29,000 miles – the carb could use a rebuild and I have an extra carb and manifold that I’m giving to you with the purchase of the car. Muffler is stock and replaced few years ago.
Transmission - Standard 4 speed.
Brakes - Replaced about 2 years ago in good order and stops very well.
Rims/Tires – Knock off super-lites and 4 new Bridgestone
