Found in a barn,, and washed ,,,,,This is a 1963 Volkswagen Type 2 Kombi-bus,,, 63,676 miles,, This has a clear Kentucky title,, was brought here to pennsylvania in 1993 and has been stored in a barn until last week,,, the motor was removed and put in a dune buggy a few years ago,,, The rear bumper and valance are in fine shape and were removed when the engine was taken out,,,,, The bottom is very solid with some surface rust and still shows alot of the original paint,,,,, frame is solid,, the heater tubes still have the insulation on them all the way from front to back,,,, we removed the original floor mat and washed it,,, and took plenty of pics as you can see,,, both front windshields have some fogging and one is cracked,,,, all the doors and storage compartments work and lock fine with the original key,,, and the tool to open the lower compartments is in the van,,,,, the fold down sides and tailgate all work as they should,,,,, This is pretty much all original except the radio,,, and would make a great project for the volkswagen enthusiast,, and is one of the harder to find vehicles for the VW collector.
