Just in from California: This 1969 Volkswagen was professionally restored in October 2007 by Johnson West Motors in Lemoore, California. The restoration included new paint, new interior, new engine, new 4-speed manual transmission, new chrome, and everything else mechanical. The car is silver with high-gloss black fenders and professionally tinted windows. No dings or rust anywhere. It looks, runs and drives like it just rolled out of the factory in Germany! The car has only 6700 miles since the complete restoration (which included a new engine and transmission) and has been stored in a garage ever since. This is the nicest Beetle you will ever see, and it has yet to be broken in.
The car must be picked up in either Norton, MA or Mashpee, MA. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
