Vehicle Description
This is a 1964 VW beatle that was purchased two months ago from the orginal owner!!! The orginal owner of this car bought it brand new and the manuals and orginal paperwork is available. This car is in excellent condition for its age. It still has the orginal 6 volt charging system and runs and drives. This car has minimal rust and nothing is through, just some surface rust. This car has been repainted approxmately 30 years ago. No damage and has never been envolve in an accident. There is some pitting and rust spots on the chrome bumpers, but other than that....It is a nice car. It just had a recent tune up and it does not smoke or use oil. It has about 114,000 ORGINAL miles on it. This has been stored in a garage for the past 20 years and it hadnt been started in the past 15, except when we bought it. All it took was a little gas and and a tune up with a fresh battery and it cranked right up. Some work has been done on the brakes to get them to functioning correctly and everything works.
