Property Tax time has forced us to list our baby for sale :(
1979 VW Bus. It's a manual, smooth shifting transmission with a newly rebuilt 1800cc engine with a new clutch (all this past spring). The engine has a two barrel progressive carb swap and runs great- in fact, has been a daily driver since mid May. The heat exchangers have been removed and J tubes installed in their place. All floors have been coated and protected with bed liner- looks great. The "wall to wall" rubber mat is in great shape. The middle and third seats are in awesome shape, but the front seats are pretty tired and worn out (need covered or replaced). Has eyelids and a fog light installed and can be removed if you like. It has a VW 2-position European fog switch installed rather than a crappy toggle switch. Headliner is perfect. The sliding door glides well as do all of the windows. Has European red/clear taillights. Lights all work. The body has typical un-restored rust patches here and there, but the frame and jack points are excellent...in no means is this a rust bucket! It turns heads when we go to the grocery store. Dogs approve of it. Holds an entire band's equipment, too, just so you know :)
Has a current Pennsylvania Inspection.
We are located just a bit south of Pittsburgh (go Steelers!)

Just adding that there is a crack in the windshield- was inspected with it- just thought you should know. Thanks. All other glass is good and crack free :)
