BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

All bidders must have valid drivers license in the state to which they wish to register the vehicle in, this drivers license must be faxed to us at 904-429-0310 so we can have a copy in our files according to law. We need valid proof of who you are and your legal age. If you require a Temporary Tag we will need copy of valid insurance card it does not have to be on car purchased yet but proof you do have valid insurance.
If you do not intend to follow through with the purchase of the item listed, please we ask you do not to bid! Due to non-paying bidders we must hear from the high bidder within 24 hours of auction close either by email or by telephone unless previous arrangements have been made with the management. If this does not occur in that time frame we will be forced to re-list the item and place appropriate feedback. Any bidder with only negative feedback will have their bid blocked until we can verify all information on bidder and it is approved by the management.
GENERAL DISCLOSURE
Please keep in mind these are used vehicles and not new vehicles. Please expect normal wear and tear unless stated otherwise in the ad. OCEANSIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC has tried to disclose all known information about this vehicle up for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical cosmetic scratches and dings inherent for their age and use, all mechanical parts are subject to fail.
We check the vehicles major components (engine, transmission, rear end, brakes and safety related items) by road testing the vehicle for good mechanical condition. We are not responsible for vehicle batteries being low or dead on shipped units as transporters may have left the lights on or ignition turned on in the vehicle in transport to you, in most cases a simple charge on the battery will cure this. If the battery goes dead the radio in your vehicle may be inoperative and require a programmable radio code before use, programmable radio codes can be obtained at your local new car dealer where that make and model of the vehicle is serviced. If we have available the listed vehicles books and owners manual we will leave them in the vehicle upon delivery, we also try to take pictures of all the books, keys, remotes and owners manual in the listed ad if they are indeed present.

Most of these vehicles are better maintained as when they are turned in they have to be inspected by the leasing company’s agent and the owner is charged back for abnormal wear and tear, so they tend to take care of a leased car better or it could cost them thousands of dollars in penalties.

NOTICE TO OUT OF STATE PURCHASERS
Out of Sate buyers are responsible for all state, county and city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in their state. Please check with your local county TAG/DMV office to see what the fee's and taxes are in your state for the vehicle you are buying. With Proof of Insurance OCEANSIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC will furnish you with a 30 day temporary tag if needed which gives you time to get your vehicle registered in your state. If you are taking physical delivery of the vehicle here at our location (not using a transport company); Florida state law requires that OCEANSIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC collect all state sales taxes for those states that reciprocate with Florida. Any county taxes, city taxes and tag fees are collected when you register your vehicle wherever you live.
NOTICE TO FLORIDA PURCHASERS
OCEANSIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC must collect all applicable sales tax on Florida residence purchases. The Florida State Sales Tax rate is 6%. Many Florida Counties also have a surtax which is also collected (never more than $75). Please call for exact amount. Valid Proof of Insurance is required at time of deliver. OCEANSIDE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC will furnish you with a 30 day temporary tag which you will use on your new purchase until your metal tag is received. According to Florida Law, the Dealer must process all Tag and Title work for Florida residents. No exceptions!
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
FULL PAYMENT must be made within 3 DAYS of auction close (this does not include the weekend or holidays when the banks are closed) and payment must be in the form of CASHIERS CHECK, BANK WIRE TRANSFER or CASH. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES REQUIRE BANK WIRE TRANSFER ONLY!
All bidders must be able to pay by cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer the funds or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before placing a bid on this vehicle. We accept all lending institution checks as a form of payment, these checks must be certified funds, or official cashiers checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ENVELOPE or SIGHT DRAFTS from Credit Unions or Banks as a form of payment. We will guarantee to your lender in writing that their lien will be perfected and placed on the title. Make sure when using an online lending source that you specify to them that we are a licensed and bonded Used Car Dealer in the State of Florida, so that they can send you the proper check, as we are not a Franchised Dealer. PROCESSING FEES
There is a dealer administrative/processing fee of $99.00 and this charge will be added to the final auction price. This charge represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting new and used vehicles, preparing documents related to the sale and customer services provided by the dealer to the customer. The overnight fee is included in this cost and is for your protection and ours on the security of the title and paperwork to you.
