Hello, this is a 1992 VW Golf GTI, I am saleing this car for a friend of mine. Please read carefully the add. I will try to describe the condition of this car to my best of knowledge. The inside it needs little bit of cleaning. All inside gadgets are used but in working condition. The out side is little bit more used. The body is got some minor dents in the front at the head lights, and one on the back (please see pictures) few ornaments are missing, and no much rust. The paint looks good except on the front hood where is fading. Mechanical problems: The Engine is starting and runs good with no oil burning. The transmission is bad, car dose not move you can shift in all gears ( no strange noise when shifting ) but the car dose not move. This Car cannot be driven at this time, it has to be towed from it's current location. If you look in one of the picture I posted the front bumper is bent and the hood dose not close properly, yes, when they tow the car, instead of hooking her from the right place they hooked from the front bumper and the radiator support and they bent it (stupid). But the radiator is good is not damage, no leeks. It's just seats off a little bit. The exhaust pipes system needs to be verify or change because it has been eaten by rust. Brakes are good (brake pads change in January this year) The car is set up with winter tires used only this past winter. My appreciation are 15% used. Car dose come with good battery, but the owner he toked off and stored in a warm place away from the cold winter, since he had the car towed to his place at the end of February, yes this car has not been on the road since end of February. The overall condition of this car is fair to poor. If you are interested in buying this car and have any other questions, please ask me via ebay, email system.
