Up for auction is my 1969 VW Karmann Ghia Convertible. It's in excellent shape and is my daily driver. the top is in fairly new condition and goes up, down, and latches properly. the engine runs VERY strong and the tranny shifts smooth and doesnt pop out of gear or grind at all. the body is fairly clean, with no rust whatsoever as this was originally a california car. only bodywork i can find that needs attention is about the size of a softball right on the nose. the body work was done poorly and needs smoothed out. the car is primered brown. it has a fiberglass dash, and late 70's, early 80's tach and voltmeters in it. factory clock, speedo, and fuel gauge are all present and functioning. the car has a narrowed adjustable front beam and has been lowered in the rear by 2 clicks of the rear torsion bars. it has factory painted steelies on it and chrome smoothy moon caps with ribbed beauty rings. the exhaust is a header/stinger setup. i would trust this car to drive anywhere and can NEVER drive anywhere without someone stopping me to admire it or commenting on how they love it. i hate to sell but i need to pay bills. this car is for sale locally and i reserve the right to end the auction at any time if i sell it locally. thanks and happy bidding

i forgot to mention that i just completely went through the brake system. i replaced all wheel cylinders, master cylinder, all brake lines (hard and soft) both rear shoes, both calipers and rotors up front. brakes work PERFECTLY NOW
